I took a photo of this photo from a magazine I've kept for ten years. This moment in her life would probably have taken place this week some time.
Ten years. Can you believe it?
I was a huge Lady Di person. Still am. I am thinking how nice it would be if all the
bloggers did a blogging project in her memory. Do a painting, photograph, write a poem, collage,
needle art, sew, paper goods...whatever.
Perhaps you could do a post based on her fashion sense or imagining what her bedroom looked like. Maybe something she did with
William & Harry when they were little. A
photomontage of things she liked or liked to do.
You don't have to be crafty or artsy.
Anything goes. You may write something or post a simple photo.
One of the most inspiring things I've ever seen in our blogging community was the
Marie Antoinette zine that
Anahata Katkin and
Lynne Perrella organized. This might give you some ideas.
We will tell all our friends about our project, but we will keep our creations a secret until we post them all on August 31, 2007, the 10t
h Anniversary of her death.
Let's call our collaborative project.

Not 'with' the stars, but I'm sure she is dancing 'in' the stars. Smiling. Happy. Confident. Peaceful. Watching her boys (men) grow. I leave this weary week with an image dedicated to two people.
