Tonight is a big 'grey' night for me. I'm going to watch Grey Gardens on HBO. I've blogggggged about this before here, here and here. (No, I was not the Executive Producer nor do I have a stake in the production...but you'd think I did!) I've also been inspired to create photographs based on the GG theme. You can see some of those images here and here. I love watching the original trailer of the first movie and then the HBO one. The stills from tonight's film look so amazing. I can't wait. I'm sick, sick, SICK about this. I don't have HBO. I mistakenly believed that the film was being produced for the theaters!!!! OH MY. I'm going to have to call the satellite company and see what I can do about adding HBO.

I loved it. I actually forgot that it was Drew, she was so convincing. And Jessica Lange looked exactly like big Edie. Unbelievable, it was so great.
I don't have HBO either and I am about to have a breakdown! AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, sorry, got a little nutty. I heard an interview with Drew Barrymore on NPR's FResh air that was really interesting. you can download it free from itunes.
I haven't watched it. I can't wait. It does look very sad.
