I just found your blog for the first time. I have lost my heart to Canada a couple of years ago. I went to BC and it felt like home! I have lives abroad (in Switserland) for a couple of years and then I said to myself that I would never leave my home country again... untill I arrived on Vancouver Island.... It's so beautifull. Hope you will do a post on BC also?

Claudia! Hello, thank you for stopping by. Your spelling is just fine! Yes, I am moving across my country from east to west all this week, showcasing my Canada! I will end up in BC. LPxo
One of my bffs operates the Bird Island Inn in Newfoundland...I already want to move to Canada. My ancestors were on their way there in the 1920s with a a land grant from the Queen for my great grandfather's service in WW 1. Alas, they got hung up in New York and settled in Brooklyn. To think I could have been a Canadian farmer. Sigh. Gotta get north soon!
