I made these party hats yesterday afternoon. Tomorrow we will celebrate Miss Joyce's 1st Birthday! She shares her birthday with her Mommy - yes, the same day! Miss Liberty will join us and will represent my Egypt Girl (whose birthday is the next day) - while she is away in Paris! I am so excited to celebrate over lunch! Which hat do you like best....???...I can't decide.
