Great post! I watched both videos... I did not think Anna Wintour was so intimidating in the interview....I thought she had a sort of quiet power... she is FABULOUS in everyway! At 59 years old.. WOW! Thanks for sharing!

Yes..."quiet power" describes her just perfectly. I was fortunate enough to see "September Issue" at Sundance. For me, I adored the power behind the throne....Grace Coddington. Go see it and enjoy!

Not to make too fine a point of it, but her quote is not grammatically correct. When you refer to people, you use "who" not "that", as in, "People respond well to those WHO are sure of what they want."
