I love the bottom meal. So easy and delicious. Take a big wok style fry pan. Use a generous amount of your favorite oil. Saute celery, peppers, garlic buds, onions. Add 1/2 bag of frozen oriental stir-fry vegetables. When all this is cooked to your liking, add 2 cups steamed cooked rice. Season with salt, pepper, fresh parsley and if you love them as I do, red chili pepper flakes. Fry until really crispy throughout. Top with salsa or soya sauce. Yummy with a dollop of sour cream too!
