Jea Shoots Obama (and you could own a piece of history)

There are history makers in our midst. There are talented Sisters giving their creativity to the world every day. How amazing to be this close to President-Elect Obama? How incredible to have this much photographic talent! Jeanette Ramos is an American Photographer who lives in Anchorage, Alaska. At the age of 14 she took her first photography class and knew from that moment what she wanted to do with her life. And now, Jeanette is sharing a piece of history with you. She has several images of Barack for sale in her shop. And guess what? Jeanette is the famous Sister of another famous friend of ours....Jennifer Ramos of Made by Girl. I hope you are able to have your very own photograph to hang proudly on your wall. What a moment in time! I get goosebumps thinking about it. More about Made by Girl here , here and here. More about Jeashoots here , here and buy her work here.
(By the way, my favorite is the B&W image of Barack's back as he speaks to the people - top photo...I love it. I love how it has a vintage look and feel to it - almost a kickback to Martin Luther King's days. The photo has the look of that era. It brings the 'dream' full circle. His sleeves rolled up; ready to do the work for the world. Ready to heal the world. I think she really captured the essence of Barack. Don't you? Look at the woman in the front row to the left of Obama. She has her hands on her cheeks. She is so proud. So happy. Almost shivering in shock. What a photo! Love it!)
