Ella Marigby picks up the rice in the church where her wedding has been. Lives in a dream. Waits at the window, wearing a face that she keeps in a jar by the door. Who is it for? All the lonely people, where do they all come from? All the lonely people, where do they all belong? -

Amazing lyrics when you see them in print. Very poetic! That's why we love The Beattles!
Ella Marigby is right up there with some of my other favorite Beattles songs, like "Hay, Dude", "Lettuce Beet", and "Yell, Low Submarine".
The crooked man beat me to it, but seriously, it's Eleanor Rigby.
That's what you say.
You guys are great! The point is how we all say some lyrics in songs funny...what I hear and what you hear and sing...can be so different and funny..and..that we all use a mask in public! Thanks for your comments---keep them coming!
Ooh, I"m glad you really knew the right title. I was too afraid to say anything!
