Toronto Becomes The Hamptons
Of course it would have been really lovely to have the story played out in the Hampton's...but that crazy, silly U.S. dollar and seducing tax breaks (Arnold of Cali is really annoyed at this ongoing issue) caused the producers to select Toronto to be the Lily Pond double. (They should have called me and I would have informed them that Creemore (Beer Town) is actually considered The Hamptons of Canada.....another little known fact here...I was a founding member of the Board of Directors for that famous little gallery there...and another....I owned a gallery there....and yet, one more....Creemore was selected by Harrowsmith magazine as "One of the ten prettiest towns in Canada") Back to the movie...a wonderful mock mansion was built on the outskirts and downtown was created to look like NYC. Drew had to age from early teens to 60+ and Jessica sang her own songs!

I think this whole Grey Gardens thing is a little freaky! I will read more.
Look at Big Edie with the "CATS" book on her lap. WOOT. I love Jessica and I'm glad to see her back in the movies.
