I take it back (because of Maxime Bernier) and because of one of my readers, Danamite. Maxime Bernier, PC, MP was a Canadian member of Parliament and former Minister of Foreign Affairs. A businessman and lawyer, he was elected to the Canadian House of Commons in the January 2006 federal election to represent the riding of Beauce. In August 2007 he became Minister of Foreign Affairs, but was forced to step down May 26, 2008 after a scandal involving an ex-girlfriend with ties to the Hell's Angels. Ahhh...you see, I guess our Canadian politics aren't as boring as I first suggested. We are human too. We slip up and make poor choices. And....it seems that this ex-girlfriend also caught the eye of a famous Texan. (President Bush)...On catching the eye of U.S. President George Bush at a reception in New York:
