This is How We Celebrate

We Canadians I mean. This is how 'we' feel about the first day every year with 75 degree weather. Some of us even write heartfelt letters to the weather gods. Make this marinade. Let chicken drink from it over night and BBQ as usual.

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (I like to use a lot more, but you don't need to)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons chipotle Tabasco (HOT)
OR 1 tsp. chipolte dry spice (MILD)
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
6 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons liquid honey
