After seeing the journey to her island I started to dream about the Pacific West Coast and then I started to imagine what kind of food recipes we could suggest to her that she could easily prepare, transport, import and serve on the island on future visits. By the way, she really needs to give the land a name. It will be her legacy. So here are two recipes here and here. One uses canned salmon and the other uses fresh (which I think she prefers anyway). The 'she' of course is our wonderful Patricia Gray. Have you seen her land? Now all she will need is a dry bundle of wood and a firepit to enjoy a meal with friends.

Menu Suggestions for Patricia
