Orange is a tough one. There really is not that many
'orange' things when you look around. "The black box in a commercial airplane is actually orange and orange is the color that means "high" in the color-coded threat system established by Presidential order in March 2002 as a way to inform law enforcement agencies quickly when intelligence indicates a change in the terrorist threat facing the United States. There is usually strong positive or negative association to orange and true orange generally elicits a stronger "love it" or "hate it" response than other colors. " -
Sensational ColourFunny, I rarely paint with orange or yellow. I do know that in restaurants orange tells me 'fast & affordable' - same with product packaging. The other colours seem to dominate our world. Why is that?
"There is no blue without yellow and without orange." - Vincent Van Gogh.
