Is Marriage Obsolete?

Is every woman in the world worried about their man cheating on them? It seems that way. Women are NOT paranoid. This is a reality out there. Statistics show that a very high percentage of men are doing it. Is fidelity really possible? Is marriage obsolete?

Maybe the trick is to be open about it. I don't know. In the modern world, marriage does not seem a necessity as it had in our grandparents time. Personally, I don't believe humans are meant to be monogamous for a lifetime. But having said all that, it is a question of respect for each other.

I'm against marriage. I'm not good at it.

I truly believe in a loving committed and yes married relationship. I know people can be unfaithful. Maybe I am a Pollyanna!

Marriage may be on its way to extinction, but LOVE surely isn't. We spend our entire lives looking for love, and once we find it...we will do everything we can to hold on to it. Us women may have fears of unfaithfulness, but maybe thats just the fear that you may lose the one you love. And how do we know our spouses aren't equally afraid we will be unfaithful to them. So maybe both parties are guilty of being paranoid...its a good sign maybe, to remind yourself that you are in love, and in turn maybe you should remind your spouse how much you love them. :)

Ha! this isn't the best thin to read before getting married hehe
I'll be marrying my longtime boyfriend of 11 1/2 yrs.- I figured why not.... However, I do believe that men are more prone to cheating...on a sexual level. I believe in marriage but I believe in being cautious alot more....keep your eyes & ears open at all times....because you just never know.
