I'm a spoiled little girl - I like liquid soaps - like Shalimar gel soap!!! Or little odd bottles of scented gels I find in cute places around town.
My favourite soap is from the French house of Rance. Gardenia and lily of the valley are the two I just love. My bath secret...several drops of olive oil added into the water with any scent and skin comes out much smoother and more silky.
I just love your blog - you've got such a variety of fun subjects!! A friend just gave me the liquid soap La Source from Crabtree & Evelyn - it smells heavenly to me, so fresh...
Many of this soaps are portuguese.
From an antique fabric in the north of Portugal: Ach Brito. And they're he best in the world.
The choice of Oprah it's one of them.
Patti by Lisbon, Portugal.
(sorry my english :( )
My favorite is L'Occitane. Their entire line is so nice and I keep a tube of the hand cream in my purse and another on my desk and another at my bedside.
Tricia - Avolli
Am loving the pink!
I like L'Occitane soaps and also Savon de la Bonne Mere olive oil soap.
i pick up all sorts of bars - in all sorts of scents...but my favorite everyday scent is neutragenia rainbath original. not too original, i guess, but i love it!
Soap, oil, scents, bath bubbles... I love them all. But my difficult skin will only allow boring neutrogena.
Definitely the soaps from LAFCO, I have a very strong sense of smell and these aren't too overpowering. Plus they come in the best packaging!
Of the 7 different bath gels in my tub, my absolute favorite is by Origins, Ginger with a Twist. Taking a shower even at 5 a.m. is a delight. It's difficult to find but Bloomingdale's sells it on-line. The last time I order 6 tubes just in case they discontinue the product.
Love your blog and I love my Dove soap.
A very good, intimate question, yet answerable. My favorite line is Flowers by The White Company (British). Second best, Melograno soap, by Santa Maria Novella in Florence.
