Linda and Sealaura: Thank You. Happy Mother's Day to you too! There are so many things I love about this photo. I love the bottle of coke with the stra and the crumpled wax paper that probably had a sandwich in it, the old door, wooden siding, my little white booties that my Mom polished every night, my Mom's silver braclet and My Mom's hair..she is always ahead of the trends....hard to believe that this photo was taken nearly 48(?) years ago. I think it was taken in Arnprior, ON on the steps of my German grandparents.
