Across The Miles with Mr. Big

I just received my thoughtful Valentine's gift from my Husband. He gave me a gorgeous single pink rose, a red felt bag appliqued with folksy birds and pink sequins, a Mr. Big chocolate bar (meaning?) and a faux-gold embossed card. I've eaten Mr. Big already. I've photographed the bloom for you to see (already). I've tucked the fuzzy gift bag away for next year (already) and now I'm left with this Valentine card. I'm sitting here gazing upon it. 'Across The Miles'. For you see, we don't live in different countries or time zones or inside a flight per week marriage. We actually live in the same country, in the same province, in the same region, in the same town and in the same house. I do believe he is sending me a message. Could there be distance between us?

Really interesting that he gave you an across the miles card. Did he explain?

I love that he gave you a mr. big. It's the little things eh? I gave my partner a bag of Bridge Mixture, that awful minty chocolate coated bag of what seems to be whatever was left on the floor of a candy factory. It reminds him of childhood and he loves it.

Sometimes all we women can do is scratch our heads. I do think the Mr Big bar is subliminal :-)
