My oh so very pregnant daughter called me quite upset this morning. She had received this notice:
To the tenant in (Taylor's) belly, in possession of the below described premises: I am issuing an immediate notice for EVICTION. You will have 2 days in which you can either gather your belongings and promptly vacate the premises, or wait until the final day. After which, you will be physically removed from the property. You are being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the house, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the house were also made! Remodeling and gutting of the home was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper AND lower levels of the home. On top of which, the landlord has received numerous complaints about nightly disturbances. After 2 days from this day that you don't comply with the notice will result in immediate and forceful removal at my discretion. Thank you for your cooperation.
I will update all of you as soon as I know the outcome of this legally blond action.

First congrats on the new baby coming to the family!
The notice is so cute and clever.
Wonder if the little one can read ha ha
Wishing mommy all the best.

I'm afraid meili lo thinks your house really was damaged!
this is the cutest thing I have ever read. just adorable. hope the baby abides by the eviction notice and doesn't have to be forcibly removed! too cute!!!
Congrats.

I'm still giggling. Why did I not think of an eviction notice? My babies were real squatters.
Very clever! I, too, hope that the baby takes heed- mine overstayed his welcome, did not want to leave! After he vacated I had to make sure to make his decision worthwhile and I spoiled him every moment of every day- He survived and is very awesome actually! I wish the mommy well and the baby, of course!
you character!
P.S. My #1 stayed 29 days past her eviction notice! She is still late for everything. Happy delivery, Red Shoes
So. Damn. Funny. Good luck with that eviction!
Oh my gosh that's funny, you guys are goooood!
Meili-lo's comment...more giggling,
lost in translation perhaps.
that is too gorgeous. if only my mum had thought of this when i was tucked up inside - i overstayed my welcome by 2 weeks! xx
That is adorable! Print this post and put it in her baby book!
Hope she takes heed...forcibly being removed is no fun for tenant OR landlord!
Congrats!
I love that, expansions to the back of the hosue as well. Seems expansions can happen all over at times like these ;)
