A Dozen Thanksgiving Pies (Saliva Flirts)

This weekend 'we' Canadians will be celebrating Thanksgiving. As a Cultural Mosaic, we have many traditions in every home on every street. It makes for a wonderful cornucopia of flavors and culinary sharing and tasting. Happy Thanksgiving to my Canadians readers and for those of you in the U.S., you can start now by heading over to Gourmet Magazine to print off these delicious dozen.

oh man, saliva flowing! My fave for Canadian Thanksgiving is pumpkin pie, and I think I must make some now that you've mentioned it.
