Joni of Cote de Texas was wondering exactly where I live. (have you seen her magazine feature? I read somewhere about it..someone..would you mind filling me in on the details?) So that's the spot. The red dot. 1.5 hours north of the Toronto Airport in Ontario, Canada. Gee, it almost looks like I live near the equator, but that's just an optical illusion...I can actually 'almost' see Russia from my beach house....and wait for my snowy January or February posts!

Oh, so you live in balmy "south Canada", eh? Positively equitorial. BTW, I'm sorry I posted the photo of the snowplow yesterday. I forgot myself.
I'm really, really looking forward to this exciting project you've teased us about.

Yes, Joni..it's on the longest fresh water beach in the world, Wasaga Beach. Very rare, unusual as far as geography goes..on Georgian Bay which is part of Lake Huron which is part of the Great Lakes...but I'm talking huge, gigantic lakes...ocean size.
Joni: No big deal. No big deal@! Huh? You are in an international magazine...that's a pretty big deal. I'm going to hunt it down today.
Suzanne, you are, as always, too hilarious, but the snowplow did hurt my feelings and traumitized me a tad.
Is your comment of almost seeing Russia a reference to McCain's running mate, Sarah Palin?
