I Am Because We Are

I've saved these photos in my 'dream house' file so I never forget how lucky I am already. I am living the 'dream house' now.

Yes.....when my dad was called back in for the Korean War we lived in a sharecroppers house. It was the most basic of basic but still safer and more comfortable than I've witnessed in the third world countries we've visited. And we had clean, safe water. I am very thankful.

We all need reminding of how lucky we are from time to time so we don't forget to be thankful. Hopefully we will remember to pass our blessings on to those without any. Thanks for the eye opening post.

Thanks for the reminder that this rental that I'm going through a loathing stage with is someone else's idea of a luxury dream house. I need those reminders every once in a while.
