Hudson Blooms

There is something about a fresh flower market that sets a female heart a flutter. All the pretty colours fragrantly scenting the air; pastel pinks and shocking tangerines against the dew-kissed greenery. It's all so European in feel for me. I only wish we had a shop like this near The Beach. Yes. A bakery, a coffeehouse, a wine boutique and Hudson Blooms. Fresh every day. A small indulgence we give ourselves. And why not? Oui or Non?

Oh, I do love fresh flowers! On a trip to Washington I was amazed at how cheap, ah, inexpensive they were. If I had the access, my home would always be filled with the beauty of fresh flowers.

Gah, I totally agree!! I LOVE fresh flowers! And those shops, all in a nice little row along with an antique book shop, would be heaven. Total HEAVEN. I'm going. You've made me want to shop (:

Hi;

You have an amazing site! As an ex magazine publisher I'm probably pretty savvy re. text and copy.

You took great photos of my sister's store, Hudson Blooms in The Beach. Unfortunatley she is ill and is going to have to sell this beautiful store. It goes on the market tomorrow.

Best, Susanne Hudson
