I had one eye on the TV and one eye on this cute wee cupcake. I was watching Martha Stewart's Cupcake Week episode featuring the ultra-adorable Amy Berman of the oh-so-fab Vanilla Bake Shop. And then I gave in. I grabbed this cupcake and woofed it down - no inhaled it really - lips smacking, dreamy creamy icing down my chin, saliva satisfying tastefully tenderness - one of many, many little cakes baked by my Mother for a group of sweet-toothed travellers - on their way to the U.S. to go shopping. Now Mom is in business. Just like that.

Vanilla Bake Shop
