Butter Yellow and a Bright Red Door
I was just reading Birthday Girl & Upcoming Hooplas and then I couldn't wait to share with you this amazing new custom-built beach house that has just come on the market in my town. I apologize for the lack of correct lighting, but you know how it is. Another wintery, grey day in Georgian Bay, whiplash from pulling over too quickly when I discovered this beauty - and taking snapshots from a car window...alas, isn't it still to die for! Butter yellow and a bright red door; dove grey-taupe accents and white trim. Black iron planters and white Muskoka chairs waiting for someone! A cool $695,000.00. It's my birthday gift for Style Coach, Melissa Michaels. Sorry...I couldn't find a bow big enough.

So adorable! I am cracking up that it is a beach house though. To me beach house invokes the sunny sandy beaches of California, not snow. I forget that you live in the frozen North! I love the house it is so happy and bright.
Hey I am coming back to see if I can share a photo of my present on my blog! You didn't get back to me so I am just checking! Everyone would LOVE to see it, if you grant your permission!

Melissa: Share, share and share so more...of course! That would be awesome!
Jackie: It cracks us up too...especially our faces when we go strolling on the beach in a blizzard. Seriously though, it's a tough go for our community. Our main economic draw is the beach, which by the way is the 'longest fresh water beach in the world'. So it's feast or famine. But we love it anyway!
