Where the magic happens or does not happen. Where we beat ourselves up. Where we self-talk with negative repulsion or uplift with positive affirmations. Where we put on the mask of beauty or highlight our best features. Where we giggle with girlfriends and cry with our Mothers. Where we weep alone; where we hope alone, long alone, dream alone. Vanity matters.
